Togepi is a baby Pokemon which evolves into Togetic when it has high enough levels of happiness. Togetic will then evolve into Togekiss when it is exposed to Shiny Stone.

The shell has red and blue shapes on it which suggests that the body beneath the shell has the same. It has stubby little hands and feet and five spikes on its head which almost look like a crown and from which he can release poison.

When treated kindly, Togepi HeartGold will share good luck with those around. To find Togepi HeartGold, the egg received from Professor Elm's assistant in Violet City Poke Mart must be hatched and this will be the Togepi.
