There are actually no steps on learning a computer. What you just have to do is play around with the computer, however, don't do any configuration with the settings. What you just want to know is what each options in a computer do. For example, you probably want to know what is Command Prompt and what does it even do? If you check out different options on the computer and ask yourself similar questions like the one given as an example above, then you can better understand and learn some basic, or general, stuff about your computer.
