How To Get Kyogre In Soul Silver?

There seems to be many opinions about how to get Kyogre in Soul Silver and below are some of the better suggestions:

Action replay allows you to modify to Kyogre. One way is to Press A+B for the random encounter because the modifier will be set to kyogre all the time. This will bring it to the level that Pokemon is meant to be at without any cheats.

Another option is to find someone who has Kyogre from the Embedded Tower, and make a trade with them. You will need Groudon/Kyogre.

If you press the R and L together, this should activate it. The first pokemon will be replaced. In the Soul Silver game, when you are able to catch in the Embedded Cave, the Groudon, you can then use the code and obtain the said matching Kyogre in Heart Gold. Now if you present both of these to Prof Oak, you will then be given a Jade Orb. This then allows one to be able to contact Rayquaza in an Embedded Tower. This way seems to be legitimate and allows for legitimate abilities.

First off, catch Groudon and then you must get to Olivine and then off to a lighthouse. If you are able to do battle with everyone, the highest person will then give the blue orb to you for winning.

And the last piece of advice:

In Soul Silver one is unable to get Kyogre although in Heart Gold; you can.
Groudon is the one that you get in Soul Silver. The house of Mr Pokemon's is where you go when you have defeated red. He will then give you a red orb. If you enter Safari Zone then, you will be able to see stairs and walk up them. You can battle and will come in view of a door of a cave. Go in and down. Surf your way towards the gold and you will acquire a blue orb. If you are able to get both orbs, you will then receive a green one to move on to Ravquaza. Surf and Rock Climb are needed for this, though.

You can't you have to trade from heart gold

I used AR code for blue orb but it did not gimme! It!?

But if you say you  can get kyogre in soul silver then why can't I get the orb?

Well I got groundon it was hard I went to mr. Pokemon and it is impossible to get the blue orb on soul silver [I'm writeing from my dsi]

Sorry but Groudon is in Soul Silver and Kyogre is in Heart Gold.  Prof. Oak said "Kyogre does not show itself to those with shining silver spirits, but only to those with golden hearts..."  But if you show him a Kyogre from Heart Gold (not migrated or obtained by cheating) he'll give you the jade orb for Rayquaza!

Yes you can I have kyogre and groudon in haert gold and soulsilver you get all 3 orbs Blue orb red orb and green orb from mr pokemon on route 30 I got the blue orb today from him and I'm going to get the red orb tonight so everyone is wrong ok I hope this helps you

Kyogre is only in Heartgold and groudon is only in soulsilver.

Catch Groudon or kyogre ( Depends on the game you have )
so then you need to get Groudon/Kyogre.

So if its heartgold you trade groudon from soulsilver
If soulsilver you trade kyogre from heart gold.

So when you have both of them you go to mr pokemon and he will give you the jade orb so you can catch rayquaza.

Unfortunalely I wasnt able to catch groudon ( I have the soulsilver game )

You can't get it in soul silver unfortunately

If you have an action replay heres what you do modify it to Kyogre then use press A+B for random encounter since modifier is set to kyogre everytime it will be kyogre in the level the pokemon was supposed to be without cheats

You can't you have to get kyogre in heart gold because I can't find him in soul silver

There is a weird place near safari zone it the guy outside said it goes even under the sea and it has kyogres symbols

I got jirachi withou a card or action replay, I went to mystery gift, then get from wfc then I said yes to make a wish with jirachi and then I went to the poke-mart and he delivery man gave me a jirachi

You can get the red orb on pokemon sole silver but you have to beat trainer red first than head to prof. Oak in pallet town to obtain red orb

You get it from heart gold

First you need to catch groudon then you need to go to olivine and go to the lighthouse. Battle everyone and the person at the top will give you a blue orb for winning.
