How To Get Nincada In Soul Silver?
Nincada is only found at the Bug-Catching Contest in Johto's National Park. Which is a competition held every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
I found it in the short grass area in the bug catching competition. I forget which time though... Sorry :P
I do believe that you can catch it at night in the bug catching contest.
