How To Migrate Pokemon From Sapphire To Soul Silver?

On the main menu, before you start the game, scroll down to migrate then pick six of them. Pretty simple, it took me a while to figure it out too though haha

Have your game In your ds and at the main screen press the down arrow then click migrate pokemon

Look in your instruction booklet.
