Where can I get Arceus in Pokemon Soul Silver?

It is very difficult to obtain Arceus in Pokemon Soul Silver. The only three real ways of getting Arceus are either at an event, which are far from frequent but one for Soul Silver is predicted to happen. Secondly, Arceus can be given as a trade from another Pokemon player. The third way is via an action replay or gameshark, although this is subject to hacking risks so be careful.

Arceus is a Normal-type legendary Pokémon. However, its type will change when it is holding one of 16 items known as plates and can in reality be any type. Like Darkrai and Shaymin before it, Arceus was not officially recognized by Nintendo until February 2009, the year of its debut movie. It was later revealed by the official site on 3 August  2009.

Arceus is also known as ‘The Original One,’ as it is said that it created Sinnoh, and possibly the entire Pokémon universe, along with the lake guardians and creation trio. Arceus can only be found in the wild legitimately with the Azure Flute, which has not yet been distributed officially and can currently only be obtained by cheating. However, Arceus itself was distributed via multiple Nintendo events in 2009 and 2010. Arceus is the final Pokémon in the National Pokédex within Generation IV.

This is a cheat you need to go to new bark town and talk to the lady outside then go inside your house 4 times in out in out then go to prof. Elm mailbox and then hold the L button and walk into the grass I tried it did not work

Ok to everyone who has arceus. I have a mewtwo up for trade in the GTS and I was wanting an arceus for it. It has been there for a while, I have almost every legendary, so if you have an arceus but you want another legendary besides mewtwo I am willing to put anything up for trade! Also I can tell you how to obtain several legendary pokemon from HG/SS. Please give my mewtwo a home.

Actually, I found Arceus randomly in the wild. Right before you reach Cerulean City, on route 5, there is a house. In that house, an old woman gives you a cleanse tag. BEHIND the house is a patch of grass. This is where I randomly encountered a lvl. 100 Arceus. I was amazed, haha. But this was after I had all sixteen badges.

Just go to your home town talk to the lady closest to the cherrygrove route. Talk to her twice then go in and out your house twice. Then go to elms lab and use the pc and go to the cherrygrove route. Before you enter the grass hold L and walk in the grass.keep doing this and you can get a lot of sinnoh pokemon.

You don't really encounter Arceus anywhere. There is a special event for the Pokemon Movie 9 that gives you a level 100 Arceus that knows: Judgement, Roar of Time, Spacial Rend, and Shadow force. I have 6 of the FE* Arceus if you want one.

*Fateful Encounter enables it to create Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina(lv. 1) in the Shinjo ruins

To get arceus lv.100 in soulsilver you have to go to the lady in twinleaf town and talk to her twice then walk in and out of your house 2 times and then talk to proffesor elms letterbox and then go into the grass outside the town and hold L and you should find lv.100 arceus. You need to have all 16 gym badges and the starter pokemon first in your party he is VERY easy to catch I have tried it and it works I have 347 arceus but you can't change its types and it knows roar of time, spacial rend, shadow force, and judgement. Ok, seeing as very few people here know what they are talking about, here are the facts: Arceus is an event only pokémon. It can only currently be obtained by trading from someone who has obtained one from an event or using a cheat device like an action replay to either get one delivered to a poké mart or to obtain an "Azure Flute". To activate the special Sinjoh ruins event in HeartGold or SoulSilver you must obtain the Event Arceus from Diamond, Pearl or Platinum and take it to the Ruins of Alph. There are currently no events that disrtibute Arceus. Any method of catching Arceus other than the ones I have stated will either waste your time or break your game. Also there is currently no way to get an "Azure Flute" without cheating.

One guy told me that you need to have at least seven legends and then you go to a shop(I have no idea which shop its beacuse he said he does'nt know)then there will be this solder guy and he will give you a manphy egg or an arcrus flute. I am now going to check every single shop in Pokemon Soul Sliver (also the ones in the Kanto region)

You can not use the cleanse tag, it makes wild pokemon stay away from the 1st pokemon holding the tag.

You have to go in and out of your house twice also you have to only have your starter pokemon

Just use poke save go in your current save file and create arceus as an egg and hatch it so it will register in d dex then go back on pokesav and edit it. Make sure it have exact detail as the event one nd BOOM it's legit.
You can also edit its nature, ability, EV/IV's nd teach it ANY KIND of attack
plus you can create any pokemon from 1-493 and also teach it any attack like a lvl 1 chimchar wit hydro cannon

Once you have it you go to spear pillar you need to step on the tile with the flute on it. And blow into the azure flute.

You can't get Arceus in Pokemon Soul Silver unless you use an action replay.

You get an arceus on a fake pokemon game or a crystal version game at level 100 it knows rest stomp fire spin and sleep talk it can't learn judgement

I used a cheat engine and got arceus on pearl where you can choose any pokemon to encounter but the only good move it has is judgement I have to wait so I can Trade it my friend and he can trade it on soulsilver! Lol
