Sadly you can not I have beaten all the gym leaders in johto and in kanto, beat the elite four and the champion, beat red caught mewtwo and groudon along with ho-oh and lugia also with suicune, entei, and raikou I went to the guy on the first house on the left, but wait thats not a guy its a girl and she only offers you training items and battling items, I have soulsilver, hope that helped everybody

Impossible. You also can't migrate pokemon that know any hm moves so thats out of the question
Nope! You can't, cause in the game, there are no spots in the ocean that are dark, so there is no such thing as dive. (Well maybe in Kanto you can get it) :)
