1. Set the date to midnight on monday.
2. Get 16 gym badges,
3. Catch mewtwo, ho-oh, and lugia.
4. Go to mount moon
5.go to the inside centre of mount moon  and deoxys should be there
6.if deoxys is not there throw away one moon ball and go out of the centre and back in,
7. If THAT didn't work you have done something wrong
8.you can do this as much times as you want

If you can catch deoxys he would be at mt moon in kanto. I saw a whole bunch of clefairy dancing around a pond there I noticed a moon in the water with a beam going up and down in its reflection when I left and came back it was gone

All you need to do is cheat and put your dsi to midnight. Then go to mt moon and deep in mt moon you will see

He is on mt. Moon. They way you get him without certain AR codes, is quite difficult. But he is caught at midnight, but it also depends on the AR you have. If you live in japan and have a US AR, then you got to wait for you S's midnight time.

Get an action replay, find the code for 493 master balls (some say 100 ultra balls, that modifies the pokemons level) discard the amout to meet deoxys's national pokedex number (386) (discard ultra balls to make whatever level you want deoxys to be) walk wherever you can encouter wild pokemon while holding L (sometimes R) and you will find deoxys. :3

How come I can't get him at mt.moon.I set my ds to midnight on mondays but it doesn't work.

Once you catch mewtwo you can find deo-xes but not in the same place as mewtwo it has to be midnight
