How To Catch Hoho On Soul Silver?

Ho-oh is at the top of the Bell Tower. To get to it, you will have to obtain the Rainbow Wing(given to you by an old man in Pewter City) and defeated the ghost-type gym leader, Then you will head to the tower and the man in the tower will let you through when he sees the wing. Once you get to the top, Ho-oh will be waiting for you. It is level 70 and knows Sacred Fire, Punishment, AncientPower, and Safe Guard.

You have to get the rainbow wing from a guy in pewter city. Then go to the top of bell tower ho oh is there at level 70.

You havet to go to pewter city talk to a old man (outside) and he gives you a rainbow wing next fly to eckruteak city go to the bell tower the weird man will let you in with the rainbow wing then climb up the tower. Ps.the tower is really hard if you can't do it search on youtube I had to cause it was hard climbing the tower I got their ho-oh is at the top of the tower CAUTION:ho-oh is lv.70 the best way to catch him is to use about 5 net balls then keep on using ultra balls. Go to Pewter City And speak To The Man Right From The Pokemon Center And Speak To Him And He Will Give You A Rainbow Wing And Then You Need To Go To Ecru teak City And Then You Need To Go Into The Bell Tower. Go  Through The Bell Tower And Then A Man Will Stop You And Say Something Like That Thing You Have The Rainbow Wing You May Go Through And They When You Go Up The Ladder And Then You Have To Go Through Like Ladders But There Like Puzzles And Strategy Things And Then You Will Get To Ho-Oh And SAVE The Game Before You Get Him Because It Took Me FOREVER To Get Him! You Will Find Him At Level 70!

Then in the middle of the talk a boom would be heard its ohoh.then get to the top of the bell tower and the kimo girls will do a dance then hoho will be their.

All you have to do is...step1.get 16 bages step2. Defete red step3. Go to pewter town. Step4.talk to people ( somone will give you the rainbow wing) step5. Go to the tower where ho-oh is and go to the top. Thats how you get it

You can't catch Hoho on soul silver. Only heart gold. The only way to get the hoho is to make a trade with a friend who has heat gold. You can catch lugia though he is pretty cool. Hoho is better though.
