Make the power plant work again then go to lavender town go to the radio building talk to everyone they will give you a card to listen to the flute go to your pokegear then go to your radio go all the way up you will find the flute then go to vermilion city play the flute in front of snorlax then talk to it then it will wake up and it will fight at lv50 catch it it will help you later on go through diglet cave to pewter city then continue
