How Can Catch Riolu In Soul Silver?

I tried with 14 giant rocks and 10 shrubs of grass and didn't have any luck (after placing them I changed the time of my ds to the next year)... So I took my shrubs down and put the 10 forest trees in, and INSTANTLY Riolu were popping up! :) I FINALLY caught one!

14 peak objects, 10 forest objects. 70 days in the meadow:) Oh yeah can you just change the DS clock or you really have to wait literally 70 days?:

Acually you put 14 peak items and 10 forest items (10 trees and 14 small rocks) in the meadow area and wait 70 days then you can catch.

You catch riolu by going to the safari zone and placing 10 grass items and 18 rocky items after 70 days (set your clock on the ds at 23:59 wait 1 min. And thats one day) at the meadow  and there you go you can now go out catch riolu at the meadow

Ok I guess I might have been wring then because I thought it was 10 forest blocks and 14 rocky blocks in Savannah area for 70 days....xD I have been waiting the 70 days because I don't like changing the time on my DSi....and I got this from Serebii.net which usually is VERY reliable...

I need to wait 70 days to catch a riolu?

I traded my Riolu from Diamond into SoulSilver. That, or the Lucario egg.

Yeah I can't find riolu either and I have 10forest blocks and 14 rock blocks... Still no riolu

You catch riolu in the Meadow setting of the safari zone, but there is just a 10% chance it apearing in a wild battle.

I changed the date on my DS and have all the blocks I need... But no Riolu... Does Baoba have to call me first or something?

I keep hearing you have to change the Safari Place into the meadow. But I traded mine from platinum. You can get a Riolu in an egg from some guy named Riley in Platinum. But I really don't think he is in Soul Silver.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you can catch it from a pokéwalker course, but your best bet is have your lucario have an egg from D/P hatch it and then trade it to HG/SS hoped I helped.

Will white flowers and small rocks work?
