What Level Does Riolu Evolve?

Riolu evolves when he is happy.
Give him massages in veilstone, a soothe bell and feed it berries that make it more friendly.
Use the buddy poketech app (where hearts appear above pokemon when you tap on them)
if you have 2 large hearts, he is max happiness and the next time you level him, he will evolve :3

Poaple in soul silver riolu don't evolve XD  I have now a riolu lvl 100  you need trein riolu only in day  not night hmm always fight with riolu and not a other pokemon don't let riolu die if you fallow this you get lugario

Lol, in Pearl Riolu does, in fact, evolve. Feed it berries and fight with it only during the day.

My Riolu evolved into Lucario at lv 26 when I was battling the elite 4 in soul silver

It needs happieness then give it exp.share then don't use it in battle use your other pokemons

Well since I have lucario lv100 and he hase evolved in lv 26 so thats the level becase the person up said 26 ok
