Is Riolu In Pokemon Soul Silver?

I put in the 10 Forest blocks and 14 Rock blocks and left ... I came back that same day and the very second pokemon I found was a riolu ... So you perhaps you don't have to wait 70 days after all ... Though it is REALLY hard to catch and more "uncommon" then rare. So good luck.

Riolu appears in either the Peak area with 17 rocky area items after 70 day or in the forest area with 13 forest items after 70 days. It appears in the mornings between 00:00 AM and 11:59 AM.
No other way despite what allot of these people say. You can speed up time by reseting your clock to about 70 days (Or more) later and setting your time in the morning.

You need ten forest blocks and 14 peak blocks in the meadow area of the safari zone, then wait 70 days. To get blocks you need to get the national pokedex after beating the elite four.

Yes you can find Riolu and several other Pokemon in the Safari Zone by meeting certain Specifications. The Safari Warden gives you instructions On how to do so.
They require.
10 grass blocks
14 rocky blocks
after 70 days (yes actual 70 days, if you don't have patience just trade it over)

I'm HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM :( It has been passed 70 days and I placed the objetcs but no riolu? I mean come on. The nosepass was 30 days I just put the objects there and found it but when I placed the objetcs for riolu it wasnt there like what the heck.. Its been 70 days! :(

Yes he is. He is in the Safari Zone. You have to do something (I forget what it was) and then wait 70 DAYS! Which stinks!

All you ppl who say yes...well your correct but it takes long,I have level 25 Riolu but I traded it and I got it back for some reason and now its lucario!

You might be able to cheat the system by going to settings on your DS and rolling the time around 70 times. I'm not sure if this works though. I have not tried it yet myself. If I do I will post the results here.

Riolu is very tricky to find.you have to wait 70 days (or just skip days) NOTE: After waiting 70 days riolu will not be easy to find it takes a lot of patience trust me I know...

But is riolu all the day? (after 70 days & have put the blocks) I've heared that it's only on mornings. I've done the trick of the 23:59 & wait a minute (this trick 70 times) but I not have found it yet.

The best way to do the 70 days thingy in to put your clock on 23:59   and wait a minute till it goes to 00:00 and do it again

You easily in the safari zone. I'm a huge fan of riolu and
lucarios .  Just transfer them if you have pearl or diamond

No you can only get it in diamond or pearl or use games hacker in elite for and the 2nd elite 4 person has a lucario and catch rember use the game hacker thing!
