Yeah, Entei is in the Pokemon Soul Silver. I wanted to catch it but my Fearow was around levels 50 and 60... So I made him faint. Always have at least pokemon around level 40 and 50 so you don't knock Entei out. And I caught Raiku in a strange way. I encountered it so I lowered the HP a little bit more but not too much. Then later on.... It was at the same spot I saw it last time! Weird huh..
Yes. After you meet him, Raikou and Suicune in the Burning Tower, Entei and Raikou roam Johto and you randomly encounter them if you are in the same place as them. You can follow them with your Pokegear, but they are quite hard to catch. You should maybe use a sleeping move on them so they don't flee, then get their HP down and you can catch them with ultra balls. :)
Yes and you get it by going in the burnt tower at the bottom floor once you get too close ***they run off enti will rome jhoto freely and you can chek the lacation of it on your pokegears map *** when I said they I ment rikou enti and sucine rikou romes freely too but sucine goes to some various places around johto to kanto--- you get to battle sucine in kanto on rout 25 if you have run into it enough times hope this helped
Yes he is although he is roaming around the joto region. If you find him, use mean look or something the first chance you get because entei is a coward. He flees in his first turn.
Yes and suicoon and rikou too. But they are very hard to catch.they run every turn.use whirlpool or scary face to keep them there longer. But they do know roar.
Yes there is just go to the burned tower and go down to the bottom level there will be ricu entei and sucine they will run off check you map and go and battle the small icons.

Yes, what I suggest is when you reach Kanto, in front of Diglett Cave there is a Snorlax. Incidently this Snorlax is level 50, which is above Raikou and Entei, and it knows Block from the start, which has the same effect as Mean Look. Be careful though, Raikou and Entei know Roar, so be ready for a bit of a hassle. Use the Pokegear's map to locate them. I believe they change routes each time you do. Suicune is much easier because he does not know Roar and does not run when you come in contact with him in the final encounter out north of Cerulean.
Yes. In fact, I'm battling him right now. If you get the game, you got to chase him down like the legendary lake pokemon in diamond/pearl. Use mean face or something.
