How To Catch Suicune,Raikou & Entei In Pokemon Diamond Without Using Action Replay?

I gave a fossil to the guy in the mining museum and forgot about it,then went a long time later,and he gave me an entei!I don't remember what fossil I used,but he is awesome!

By getting it in the GTS or trading in from Fire Red or Leaf Green Versions.

Okay reader I'll tell you. You could migrate it from leaf green or fire red. Your second choice is to trade it from pokemon soul silver or heartgold. Your final choice is to get action replay play from ebay becausw I bet that you can't find them at any shops at all. If you don't hav any of these than you should stop and try another legendary. Sorry if your disapointed. Oh and for your on good, don't believe any stories that you can get it in pokemon pearl,diamond or platinum because it is total bull!!  For your own good!

You get the mystery gift and you get all of them

You can't find them I think.
But if you got them on a GBA game like Fire Red / Leaf Green / Ruby / Sapphire / Emerald
you can migrate them!
