How To Get The Mystery Gift Without The Action Replay Or Without The Nintendo Event On Pokemon Diamond?

Go to jubilife city and go to the place where you can do the lotto go to the top floor and a man next to a girl will say something then put in everybody happy then he will say some more then type in wi-fi he will then give you mystery gift

Go to third floor in jubilife tv station and talk to man with a girl with blonde hair next to him and he will give questions, first say everyone happy and then say wi-fi connection and then save the game and go to the main menu and it will say mystery go to it and sorry I don't know what to do after that

I asked the same question and every I asked they said go to the tv station go to the third floor and talk to the guy next to the girl and then put in everyone happy then put in Wi-fi connection. Then save and turn of the power. Then when you go back in the game in the menu you will see the Mystery Gift button. Thats all I know sorry I don't know how to receive it because no one is telling me how. I think you need an action replay I would use mine but it cracked and broke.
