Don't listen to that one guy hes incorecct its not a cheat you have to unlock it  so any one who tells you diffrent is lying plus to do that you have to beat the game to buy this house including a limbergini its the only house you can buy and its hard to find but youll know once you buy it heres some things it includes and the respawn back if you lose them ok here it goes theres a pool in the back yard unllike the others you can drown in it plus its got changing lights in it including a diving board theres a dance party near the pool all day and all night and hookers only you may pick them up to get up your health plus unlike the others you don't need money to pick them up you can be completely broke and also you can take them in your house if you don't have good cars its like there all your girlfreinds theres a landing pad on top of the house to with a helicopter and of course near by a jet pack arounnd front magnificent cars  with a hover craft p.s its a lot of fun once you beat the game

Well I have played grand theft auto vice city stories and it is an amazing game better then liberty city stories. The game does not contain a jetpack cheat unfortunately but there are plenty of other cool cheats that you should try out. Here's the link www.gamespot.com
