What Is Cheat Code For Computer To Become Mario In G.T.A Vice City?

This isn't a cheat code. It's a mod, made by somebody online. If you want to be Mario in Vice city, than you are going to have to Google Mario Vice City mods. I have never heard of a mod like this, but I have driven a dolorian in Vice city thanks to a mod.
Mario is owned by Nintendo, they wouldn't let another company make him an unlockable in their game.
