What Is The Boat Cheat Code For Vice City Liberty City Stories On Psp?

There isn't a speed boat cheat code  but,there is a floater boat cheat.You must have beaten the mission Gay Tony?.I am not sure of the full name of the mission that must be complete.There is an Island called "happy island" on the map.It is that small oval like land piece near the middle section in Liberty City.If you swim (or use the boat cheat code ),you will see the Large Statue.You are able to go inside of it.
