You might find an individual person out there who would be willing to give you this cheat code for free, but, being that this is a very rare cheat code, I doubt very much that any website would GIVE it away for free. Personally, I don't know why you would even want such a cheat code. The missions in any of the GTA games can be very tough, but every single one of them, including all side missions can be beaten without cheat codes. I have taken 5 GTA games to 100% completion without using any cheat codes. Destroying the satilites for Lance mission took me about 25 tries before I beat it. Just keep playing them, eventually you will beat them.
