Hey....I'm not like that ahole showing off...I don't know how to make it snow..but to fly a helicopter finish the mission zero to hero and go to your safe house's terrace and get a litle willie(needs money I think 5000$ but this cheat will give you 25000$,,,up,,down,,left right sqare sqare L R)and a biplane and the air port and a skimmer .....hope I helped
