the way it works is you go to the calculator poketech app, then  type the national pokedex id number for the pokemon you want (ex. 150 mewtwo)
then you press L trigger and then press clear, then type the level you want it to be, 1-100 only, and then press R trigger and walk into grass or a cave and there you go! NOTE. IF YOU CHANGE ROUTES OR CITYS OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, IT WONT WORK! This has been tested and it works 100%

Yes there is a shiny pokemon code, but I have yet to see a code that will make the normal pokemon you've already caught become shiny ,guys!!

All you need is patience for about 2-3 HOURS!!!!!
JUST FIGHT POKEMON IN THE GRASS UNTIL YOU FIND A SHINY!!!
I HAVE LIKE 150 SHINYS!!!!
