Twitter doesn't have custom html. This means that you can't use a lot of the ordinary writing functions such as bold, underline or italic. It may change in the future of course, but at the moment quite a few people seem to be asking your question and getting the same answer. You could contact Twitter and ask them if they will have custom html in the future.
To make them bold, all you have to do is type <b> before your text. After you bold all of the words you want to bold, you type </b> after it.
