It depends on how your Tagged account was cancelled. Did you cancel it yourself either deliberately or accidentally for example? Or was it cancelled by Tagged without you receiving any notification?
Unfortunately, if you have cancelled your own account, there is no way you can retrieve your old account. This will also mean you are unable to access your messages, photos, friends list and other things on your profile. Once you cancel your account, the only way to re-join Tagged is to create a new account with a new login and password that is connected to another email address.
There are however occasions when an account seems to have to be closed by Tagged without any notification of this action being sent to the individual. In this case, it may be that the user has consistently broken the Tagged Terms & Conditions regarding the type of content or items they were posting on their profile. In these conditions, Tagged states that members are solely responsible for all the content they submit on their profile and this will include, group posts, messages and comments that have appeared on items that have been forwarded to them.
If you do not think you have broken these rules and feel your profile was deleted unfairly, get in touch with the Tagged team by sending an email to [email protected]. By submitting a secondary review, there isn’t a 100 per cent guarantee your account will be reinstated. If the response from Tagged means your appeal has been unsuccessful, you will simply have to create a new profile from a different email address that was registered to your initial account.
