Hi, When you delete a tagged account you have to start all over again. You can use the same e-mail address that you used before.
"Note: When you cancel your account, you permanently lose your entire profile, your photos, your tags and all your friends on Tagged. Your login and password will no longer work on the site. If you change your mind, you may re-register with the same email account, but you will have to create your profile from scratch."
