If they have changed password and email... You only thing you can do is fill out thee form to hacked accounts on community and hope they reply like me ( they didnt reply to me so ii made a new account and ii Love it ) good luck people :) x

This only works if the hacker forgot to change the email.

1.press forgot password
2.write the email you used to create yur *hacked* account
3.they'll send you a link to reset your pass
4.write A NEW PASSWORD!

Hello I was hacked to but luckily for me I got an answer back but I had to fill out the form and now he told me to keep an eye out for my password he said hes going to mail me so don't lose hope because all I entered was credit card info email and username and time of hack and I'm getting my VIP acc back

To get a hacked account back, you first need to have an real email. Make one now if not. Then if you are hacked, go to forgot password, then send to email. Go to your email and get the pass word. If you do not have the right email... It might be bad. So like...Sorry if this did not help. I HATE HACKERS. They are theives. Even though it's a game, people pay for v.I.p and you can get fined or arrested. I HOPE THEY DO.
