If you have lost your password you should click on the "Forgot your username or password?” link which is in pink underneath the login page. You will then be asked to enter your email address and a reminder of your username and a temporary password will be emailed to that address, along with further instructions to reset your password to something you can remember.

If you have tried this and you have not received your email about your login information, email [email protected] from your personal email address that you used when you registered for Meez and the information will be sent to you.

8. Code of Conduct
Users must not (x) access or use any password protected, secure or non-public areas of the Service except as specifically authorized in writing by Meez (unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Service may be subject to prosecution);
An individual is permitted one avatar per email address, so if you have problems accessing your email account, you may be able to build a new avatar using a different email address.
