There are different options. If you have entered the incorrect code three times or more, the phone locks itself automatically and you will need your PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code. Try to put the phone code in wrong again until your phone displays �"‘code error-enter PUK’.
The quickest way to get your PUK code is through your online account or by calling Customer Care which is an automated service. You can find the number for calling Customer Care from a landline on the 'contact us' part of the website of your phone service provider.
Sometimes the problem comes from the SIMSIM card and not from the phone. For example if you used your regular SIMSIM card with a brand new phone. You have to be sure if it is the phone and not the SIM card that is actually locked. If you put the phone code in and it appears a message saying: Incorrect SIM Password, then you are going to need to contact customer services and request a new SIM card with brand new codes to be sent to you. You should still be able to keep your old phone number.
In the worst case scenario, when none of these work, you always have the option of a hard reset. However, you have to be aware that you will lose everything in the phone memory such as photos, contacts, music etc. If they were not saved to the memory card beforehand.

Turn of the phone and remove the battery and then the SIM card. Put the battery back in without the SIM card and turn on the phone. Enter the following code: *2767*3855#. Wait for the phone to reboot itself. Do not turn the phone off as this could cause problems, so make sure plenty of charge is in the battery. When the reboot process finishes the phone should be unlocked.
