There are a couple of methods that you could use to transfer music from your computer or laptop onto your Samsung Tocco Lite.
The first method is to use the USB cable that came with your phone in the box to connect the phone to your computer. If you have not done this before then you may need to install software so that your phone is compatible with your computer.
Open up Windows Media Player and then connect your phone to your computer via the USB cable. A little tab should pop open on Windows Media Player saying 'sync'. If you click on this then you should be able to drag and drop the music you want on your phone into this window. Once you have all the tracks you need, simply press sync and wait for the process to be complete. When it is done, disconnect your phone from the laptop and check your folders on the phone to see if the transfer worked.
If you have a memory card for your phone, then you can always insert this memory card directly into your laptop, transfer the music onto the memory card as if it were an ordinary USB memory stick and then put it back in your phone. Then you should just access the memory card on your phone to see if the tracks are there and are playable.
To get songs onto your computer that you want, you can use YouTube to download them. Open YouTube, and then open up a separate window and search for YouTube convertor. Find the song that you want on YouTube, copy the URL in the address bar and paste it into the convertor. It will take around 10 to 20 seconds to convert the song depending on how big it is. Then you just download it onto your computer. Once it is downloaded, drag and drop it from your computer folder into your memory card one. When you have done this for all the songs you want, just re-insert the memory card back into your phone.
