Do you mean that you have an existing email account that you cannot access, or that you want to open a new email account? If you already have an email account, you need to go the appropriate homepage of whoever your account is with, such as Yahoo!, Google or Hotmail and then click onto the email icon. This will take you to the page where you sign into your account so all you need to do here is to type in your email identity (the bit that comes before the @) and your password. Your email account will then open for you.
If you have forgotten your login details there will be a button for you to click on, which will help you to retrieve them,
If you want to open an account and receive an email address, follow the steps as outlined above, but instead of signing into an existing account, click the button that says 'Create an account' and then follow the steps from there. You will be asked a few different questions, such as your name, address and date of birth. You will then be asked to choose an email ID; if it is already taken, the email provider will suggest alternatives for you. Obviously, you do not have to select one of these; you can keep choosing your own until you find the right one.
You will also be asked for your password, and then be given a list of security questions for you to answer so that you will be able to find your details again, should you forget them. Once you have done this, your email account will be opened and you will be able to use it immediately, although you will probably be offered tutorials on how to get the most from your account.
