I don't think there's anything that can be done.contact your email adress managers,and thell them what happened.if they can't do anything for you,you'll have to get a new account,and password.i'm sorry i can't offer you anymore advice than that.my email wasn't hacked into-but almost was.i emailed my account managers,and they investigated it.they froze my account for 10 days.by then-i already got a new password.

There is no agency that will act on any so-called hacked e-mail. You can contact your e-mail provider and ask them for help, but I doubt they can do anything. Change your password, or get another account and start all over.
