Cricket is a wireless network company that offers affordable talk-time through mobile networks. The first port of call to view your Cricket account is to go to Cricket's account website, www.mycricket.com.
From here, click on the 'My Account' button on the right hand side of the top bar, this will take you to the personal account section. If you log in using your phone number and password you will be able to access the information of your personal account.
If you are not currently set up to be able to use the website then you will be able to enter your Cricket phone number and the website will register you to be able to use the service.
Unfortunately, this service does not include call logs, this is because Cricket aims to keep its service as cheap as possible, and keeping a record of call histories is not a service that is automatically included in the price. This is explained on the FAQs section of the above website.

The website offers advice on how to view your call log:
- You will need to go to your local full service Cricket store.
- From here you will be handed a form that you will need to fill out requesting a copy of your call log.
- Once the form is filled out it will need to be checked by a member of staff at the store before being processed by the Cricket store itself.
