It usually goes to a folder/file somewhere on your hard drive. Frequently the computer sends it to somewhere in your My Documents folder. It really depends upon the program used to scan and save it. Hopefully you know the name you gave the picture. If you just let it scan, the name will be more like something with lots of numbers and maybe letters in it, rather than real words. Good luck!
