If you haven't solved this yet, connect USB to PC, but don't select what the Dare gives you, which is only the option of Music or data. Select neither and stop it, but leave USB connected (it will show that it's charging only). Now on the phone go to Settings and Tools, select Tools, scroll down and select USB Mass Storage and it will connect again, but this time if you go into Windows Explorer, you can see the Dare as a Removable Disc (assuming of course you have the pictures on the SD Card, which you should). The Picture folder is labeled Mypics, the Video as Myflix and music, sounds etc. You can now just cut or copy and paste them to where you want on your PC.
