There should be a little button on the memory card. It's really small, about the size of the lead on a pencil tip. Just flip it and it should be unlocked. Also, if you put it back in your camera and it's still locked, you should try checking the button to see if it's locked again. With one camera I had, the memory card kept locking every time I slid it into the camera from the slot hitting it.
