I forgot my password in my facebook. How can I get my password reset code?

Well iv always had to enter my password so many times & then I have to give my e-mail & it sends a code or a e-mail that sends you a link that you click on it & sends you to a face book thingie & it lets you reset your pasword

If you forgotten your password, it will send a message to your email and you can access it through there and reset through your email.

You will be provided by the option for resetting the new password.
