How Do I Get A My Confirmation Code To Reset My Password To My Facebook Without Looking To My Email?

I forgot my password on facebook and I have a hard time with it. Please help me reset the password with out all the step's I have to go through.

I'm having the same problem. Must leave the page & go to e-mail to get the reset code. Then I can't get back to where I was to enter the reset code. Any help out there? This is extremely frustrating!

I set up my account on th mobie. Monthes later I set up a page for my company and used my mobile number to verify. Now I can't get into my facebook as my sign in is my mobile number so I can't email a conformation code as there is no email on my account

I have a code.. Sometimes that page wont show up where I can enter it.. Other time I entered it & it sent me to another page again asking me to log in before trying.  Angry whats this abt? Hunh!
