I haven't heard of Small World, but if it's to do with Facebook then I'm guessing it's an application.
To remove it, click the drop down arrow on the "Account" tab at the top left of the Facebook page. Look through the options until you come across one that reads "Application Settings", click this.
There you can see all the apps that you have allowed to acess your facebook profile info etc. You can click "Edit" to change the settings on them, or click the cross (x) to delete it permanently. You can get the app back by searching for it & allowing it again.
