To delete your DatPiff account, simply go into your account settings and unsubscribe. You will then need to check your emails because you will be asked to confirm your deletion, you can then delete your account permanently.

If you are an artist or DJ wanting to upload your mixtape, DatPiff is totally free and it’s easy to get started. All you need to do is to register. Once you have an account, just log into it and click onto the MyFiles tab. There is a short form to fill in so that they know that you are for real so that they can filter out any spam and illegal uploads.

Once you have done this, you will have to wait for a few hours until you have been verified and approved. After that, all you have to do is to click the ‘Upload Mixture’ button to start your uploads. Your mixtape will be on the site within minutes.

Many of the features necessary for uploading will need you to have an up-to-date browser, so make sure that you are using the latest version. If you haven’t got it already, you will be able to download the latest versions of FireFox, Safari, Internet Explorer and Opera quite easily.

If you have a DatPiff account, you will be able to take advantage of the community aspect of the site, that has forums and other features of interest so that you can always be kept up to date with what other like minded people are up to.

There are also news features on the site for you to read, which will keep you well informed about the artists you are interested in.

Uploading your stuff is a great platform for you as an artist, you have no idea who is out there and enjoying your work!

You canlog in to your account and follow the instructions for unsubscribing or deleting your account. If anything is not clear or it doesn't work, then you should use the Contact section at the bottom of the home page (it is quite a long way down and you have to scroll down to reach it.)
