Whether you want to delete a track or playlist on Soundcloud, all you need to do is hit the trashcan icon (this should only be visible to the owner of the track/playlist).
There's also the option to edit rather than full-out delete: Just click the pencil icon and this will take you to the edit menu.
If this isn't working, here's some things to make sure of:
- You are trying to delete your own track
- You are logged in with the correct account
- Your browser is up to date
