How To Get Blue Orb In Heart Gold?

You have to beat red (ash) then get a kanto starter from oak then talk to mr. Pokemon

You have to beat Red at the top of Mt. Silver, then go to prof. Oaks lab and he will give ou charmander, squirtel or bulbasaur. Then go to Mr. Pokemon and he give you the blue orb.
Then go to prof. Elm and he will give you treecko, torchic or mudkip.

Beat red and geta kanto starter( number:001,004,007 in pokedex) from oak then talk to mr pokemon(guy with beard)

You have to beat the ultimate trainer Red at the top of Mt. Silver then talk to Mr. Pokemon and go to the Safari zone and enter the embedded tower and in soul silver you obtain the red orb and catch the legendary Groudon from the Hoenn region and in Heart Gold you get the blue orb and catch the legendary Pokemon Kyogre and if you have both Kyogre and Groudon go show professor oak and he will give you the Jade orb to catch Raquaza in the Embedded Tower.

Beat red(ash) get a kanto starter from mr.oak go to spilhco. Get hennon starter from steven stone go to mr.pokemon receive blue orb(heartgold) red orb(soulsilver) go to embbled tower in  safari zone Kyogre or Growdon

First you must defeat Pokemon Trainer Red (The highest levelled trainer in the game) then talk to Mr Pokemon on Route 30 in his house

You have to beat red then go to pr.oaks lab and he will give you 1 of 3 starters bulbasaur charmander or squirtel. Once you chose 1 go back to johto go to mr.pokemons house and he will give you the orb

Tip: When your against red take VERY POWERFULL pokemon like.....gengar lvl100, typlosion lvl75, or higher snorlax lvl80, red gyrados lvl 75 or more and staraptor lvl95 trade it from another game and dialga lvl100..trade it hope this helps to beat him
 
 
 
JUST A TIP TO BEAT HIM

You have to go to mt silver then beat red at the top then you go to mr.pokemon and get the blue orb

You have to get I of the kanto starters then talk to mr pokemon
 

You need all 16 badges and a starter from Kanto to get blue or red orb
