Eevee evolves at night into umbreon. You don't give it stones.you have to make its happiness to the max. Here are all the following things to do so: [1] go to the hair cut salon in goldenrod city underground NOTE: You can only get haircuts once a day [2] give it a sooth bell [3] just plain old walk with it and [4] give it protein,carbos,irons etc. You can find those at the goldenrod city department store NOTE: These are not step by step ,these are just different ways to do it.hoped I helped :]

You don't use a stone. It will not work. You need to raise the evee's friendship level to the max, then level it up. You can look this info up just about anywhere there is pokemon information, like serebii.net (which has very current info in it's pokedex). You can boost the evee's happiness by givng it haricuts in Goldenrod City, walking around with it, battling with it, having it hold the soothe bell that you can find in the National Park, giving it calciums (etc), and plain old giving it time.

Well I just evolved my eevee into a umbreon and you should give eevee a soothe bell, haircuts and keep talking to it but heres a tip do it in the night time because if you dint it will evolve into another pokemon

Eevee needs to happy and it needs to be night time.
