How To Evolve Eevee Into Leafeon Soul Silver?

Sadly Eevee does not evolve into either Glaceon or Leafeon in Soul Silver/Heart Gold as of yet. There are hopes that there will be a Nintendo event to change that, but nothing definite has been released yet.

For now the only way to get a Glaceon or Leafeon is to trade from Diamond, Pearl or Platinum.

You have to go to eterna forest to find the moss rock and give evee a rare candy and it will evolve to a leafeon

you only have to level your eevee up one level by the moss covered rock in eterna forest

1 level higher at eterna forest. .
