First of all you must know that what could be the reason for which this problem is occurring, because it might occur as may be the files which you try to upload are in more size than acceptable, so the size must be checked etc. If this is the reason for which this problem is occurring then try to split the document into two files or even you can zip the folder. If that would not help you then call the expert person.
