In your email service, for example like Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo, just click on compose the email. You will find a microsoft word environment with tool bar and an area to write message. Just find attach a file on the tool bar and click on browse. Find the location of the file (either picture or text) on your hard drive and double click on it. It will automatically be attached with the email.
