I think you hold the control button and send, but there is a long list of questions here that may help. If not, at the bottom of the page is a section called 'my question is not listed here' - if you click that, you will find questions and answers from other facebook users and you can ask them your question again. I know there is a way, anyhow, so it's just a question of getting someone to help you.
