Well it's not like myspace or anything like that, it does not have a way to find certain people. You would just have to ask your friends for their e-mail addresses.

Well, you can't REALLY FIND a Hotmail User Account. But if you really want to find someone, the only thing you can do is download messenger and add accounts of your friends and family, and see if any of your friends or family have the account of the person your looking for. Your welcome! =)
