Get another service provider if you have the option.  They already provide the slowest internet service available short of dial up.  Then the idiots decide to "improve" their log in site by adding ads,videos and pictures, which makes it ten times slower!!! It now takes multiple attempts to download an email, if you're actually able to even get the log in page to download -- way too much content for the service to handle.  This doesn't answer your question, but as you're discovering people stuck with the Hughes service just need places to vent!
