How Do You Find Your PUK Code?

PUK Code is required when PIN code is entered wrong three times and gets locked.
PUK code is usually provided with your SIM Pack. Do check your SIM Pack provided by your cellular operator, If PUK Code is already provided there. Otherwise, you can call your cellular operator helpline and can ask them for the PUK Code. Depending on your operator, you might be required to visit their customer services department and they will give you your PUK code after some confirmations like National identity number. The confirmations might vary with operators. Usually PUK is provided free of charge but very rarely some operators might charge nominally for it.

PUK codes are not dependent on your Mobile phone set. They depend on your SIM Card. PUK code for same set will differ from operator to operator and from Mobile number. If many people are using Nokia Xpress at AT&T then for all of them their PUK code will differ.
PUK codes are usually available absolutely free. They usually come with any booklet/pamphlet when you buy SIM or you can call your operators helpline and ask them PUK code for your number and they will provide it to you after some verification of name , address etc.
