How Do You Get A PUK Code For Orange Phones?

Don't panic!
Here are instructions on how to get the code quickly and easily.
1. Sign in to your orange account online. (If you haven't set this up, go to the orange website where you can set this up.)
2. Once you have signed in, you then click the 'help and support' tab at the top.
3. Click the 'get a PUK code to unblock your phone' option.
4. Read the bullet points carefully, then click 'get PUK1 code' at the bottom.
5. Enter the code into your phone, and there you have it. Your phone will then make you create the new code/pin, so take note of what you change it to.

If you are unable to access your online account, you will have to phone the orange customer care line on   07973 100150. (Or 150 from an orange mobile phone - but I assume your orange phone is blocked and so can't use it!)

You will not believe the panic I felt once my sim got locked, haha. I hope I helped you resolve the panic you may be feeling yourself right now!

As far as I know, the puk code is the 2nd level security code of your SIM card, not your phone's. It is invoked if something goes wrong with your sIM code. It should have come in the plastic card, the one you detach the SIM card from. If you haven't kept that card, you should contact your network carrier, to try to get that code back.

I have done mine. Look all you do is ring up orange customer services. Say can I have my PUK code and they give it to you write it down then write it down obviously they will ask you questions to make sure the sim is yours. They ring up the network you want to transfer to and go onto there customer service bit then give them your details and your PUK code and then within 48hours your number will have changed.

Help I need that code :( I only jsut got the phone and I tried to enter a pin I thought it was like make your own pin up or something but no and then it just ask for puk code and I can't register with orange because the phone is locked

You can get your Orange PUK number only from the Orange service provider or customer care as PUK numbers for each SIM is different just like your SIM pin code, and it is only the Orange service provider who can give you this number. You will get a PUK after calling the Orange customer care service and once you enter the PUK number in your cell phone, your SIM will be unlocked. There are some identity issues regarding the PUK number and when you are on the phone with the Orange customer service representative, you will only get your PUK number if the SIM is registered under your name.

If the SIM is not registered under your name, you will have to get the original owner of the SIM online in order to get the SIM unlocked through the PUK code. If the owner is not present or cannot come on the phone, that means the SIM cannot be unlocked and the number is lost. You can reach the Orange customer service through calling 150 on your cell phone or dial 07973 100 150 on your landline. For pre paid users, dial 450 on your cell phone or 07973 100 450 on your landline.

I need the PUK Code for my phone I have been on the orange website and created an account but it asks for a 4 digit code that you use to identify yourself when you ring customer services or top up but I don't have that code or know what it means can some one help :( x

That's right. It's easy. All you have to do is just call 07973 100 150 or 07973 100 450 from your land-line. I blocked mine by inputting a code, **04*0000*0000*0000#  , when I didn't need to (DON'T INPUT THIS CODE!)..(it was suggested on a website for sony ericsson tricks and tips, to access data on your phone without a sim, BUT I HAD A SIM). As it was registered on my dad's account, he contacted the customer services and explained that his SIM is blocked and requested a P you K code. I think he found it pretty easy to obtain the code. You Have To Call Your Mobile Device & Tell Them About your Phone Asking For The Puk And They Will Give It Too You.
You May Need To Lie And Say It Just Popped Up, Because I Have Had To Pay Money To Get It.

Go on to the orange web page and then type it in to the search box but make sure you have selected orange and not web. You will see what I mean when you get on there. Then pick the first one and follow the instructions.

All I did was removed the sim card, memory card and battery then turned the phone on and added the sim and it worked (Y) hope it helps

Go to the orange shop down town and they will give you a phone number which you ring and then ask for your puk code

I have a samsung tocco lite and its saying I need a puk code how can I find my puk code

You need 2 phne orange of someone else phne an register that way 450 is the number you need

I called up orange on contract 150 and they sed I will need a new sim so they sent it 1-2 weeks it took hope this helps

The only vay to do it iz, firstlee youu have to phoon orange dhen you ask dem. Den dhey tell ou after you tell them your name

You would have been given your puk code on the package that came with your original documents with the contract of your phone when you got your telephone number.
Your starter pack in other words.
So search out that. The puk code is needed to restore the settings when your phone becomes deactivated because you put the wrong password in more than three times.
If you cannot find the original paperwork. You will have to contact your provider,(not nokia) the company that provides your service and tell them your telephone number and they may have to set up a new puk.
However you will have to prove that you haven't stolen this phone, as the puk protects the password being changed.
You may have to get a new card for your phone. Your provider will have a phone in help centre with someone you can explain this situation to, be patient they will eventually answer your call.

Ermmm.. I don't know Mate Sorry but erhh I need my PUK CODE for my E1360B Orange I Got it a few hours ago and by accident I kept writing codes for my pin code and then it said pin blocked Enter PUK CODE and I don't no what it is where to find it or anything its my first orange phone because I normally have T-mobile ?
